Jonah has always been Mini Pete - he really looks so much like his daddy! My sister remembered a picture of me though that reminded her of Jonah - what do you think? A little Mini Mel too? Compare with the 1st pic in the previous post....

A Happy Thursday

Jonah had a very fun Thursday playing with his friends, Lily, and Daddy! Here are some happy pics from his day.

Na-nas

Jonah has been really into bananas lately , and anytime we are at a store and he see them, he yells (loudly) - "Na-nas!!!". I try to avoid the produce until the end of our trips for this reason. :) I found some mini bananas, and we captured a few cute pics of him eating one last weekend.

Maegen & Madeline Visit!

One of my best friends since junior high (Maegen) has been in town from San Diego for a few weeks with her precious daughter Madeline. Jonah & I have had a lot of fun spending time with them! They are exactly a year apart (share the same b-day), and it's so neat to remember what Jonah was like this time last year. Time has really flown by!

Busy Thursday

Jonah had a busy Thursday last week (2/12) with a morning playdate at the mall with his buddy Weston, then another playdate with his buddies Vince, Noah, & Ana that afternoon. Then, Daddy came home and he learned how to crawl on the couch all by himself!

Happy Birthday, Dad

Today would have been my dad's 55th birthday. Jonah & I sang "Happy Birthday" to him this morning. He loves singing that song, so I sang it twice. We spent the rest of the day with my sister Melissa and thought about our dad a lot.

I love you & miss you, Dad! You would be so proud of how strong of women you raised and what an awesome grandson you have. I know you are celebrating today in heaven, and that makes me smile.

Fun with the Keoughs

Last weekend, we had a lot of fun hanging out with some of our favorite people - Joe, Stacy, & Charleigh Keough. Charleigh was getting so much attention from us & was flirting with Pete, so Lily got jealous and needed some extra lovin'. :) Jonah enjoyed showing off for our guests before his bedtime. He also wasn't crazy about me holding Charleigh, but he needs to learn Mommy might have another one someday! (not now yet!)

Playtime with Ryann

Jonah & I had spent Friday morning with our good friends Erin & Ryann playing at the mall. I finally captured some good shots of them together. Ryann is 6 months older than Jonah, and she is so sweet with him.

Pirate's Booty

A few mornings ago, I caught Jonah running around (as always - I don't think he knows how to walk) with his sword and bag of Pirate's Booty. He thought it was hilarious that he had the whole bag (grabbed it from the counter). I even captured him making a pirate's face!

Shopping Buddies

Leslie & I took the boys to Wal-Mart this week, and the boys kept holding hands while we shopped. It was too cute! Jonah & Trenton have been buddies since they were just a few months old.
